· Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
· Assembles and test works machines to confirm remedy of breakdown
· Maintain and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust stains
· Dismantle machines or equipment, using hand tools and power tools, in order to inspect the faults
· Measure, imprint and record measurements and reference focuses on metal stock surfaces
· Study blueprints outlines, drawings, diagram to decide machine's activities that should be performed
· Set up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
· May require to of light welding, Molding and building upkeep
· Set machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.
· Inspect the maintenance report.
Experience - 1 year to 2 years of experience is required for the role.
Education- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Pay - $36.00/hr
Proficiency in verbal and written English is must.
